POS Mall exists for one reason: to keep good commercial hardware in service. A receipt printer or
touchscreen terminal that is no longer wanted at one site is usually still perfectly capable of
running a checkout lane elsewhere — provided somebody inspects it properly first.
What we do
- Source used and ex-lease point-of-sale hardware in trade, pallet and container quantities.
- Strip, clean, inspect and functionally test every unit before it is listed.
- Grade each unit honestly — Refurbished, Grade A, Grade B or Grade C — and state it on the listing.
- Hold matched stock across brands so a complete station can be supplied as a working set.
- Quote trade and volume pricing by enquiry, tailored to the quantity and destination.
What we do not do
So there is no confusion later — these are deliberate limits on our business, not temporary gaps:
- We do not sell POS software. No licences, no subscriptions, no monthly fees. We supply hardware only.
- We do not operate a buy-back or trade-in service. We are not a place to sell your old equipment to.
- We do not take orders through this website. The catalogue is quotation-based: you build an enquiry
list, we reply with pricing, stock and freight. Nothing is charged online.
Condition grading
Every listing carries one of four grades. The grade is the single most important thing to check before you buy.
- Refurbished — professionally reconditioned. Worn parts renewed where needed, unit cleaned and
fully tested. Light or no cosmetic wear.
- Used — Grade A — tested working, light cosmetic wear. The sensible choice where appearance still matters.
- Used — Grade B — tested working, visible cosmetic wear. Functionally sound; priced accordingly.
- Used — Grade C — budget and spare-parts stock. Heavy cosmetic wear, sold as tested-working only.
Where a listing is a consumable or an accessory, the grade field indicates the stock type rather than a
cosmetic condition — this is noted on the product page.
Warranty & returns
- Refurbished hardware carries a 90-day parts-and-labour warranty as standard, unless a listing states otherwise.
- Used Grade A, B and C stock carries the same 90-day functional warranty, covering the unit working as described.
- Extended warranty cover is available on volume orders — ask when requesting your quotation.
- Cosmetic wear described at the point of sale is not covered by warranty.
- Consumables (till rolls, ribbons, batteries) are non-returnable once opened.
Warranty claims are handled by replacement where stock allows, or by repair. Report a fault within the
warranty period and our team will advise on the fastest route.

- 2. Build an enquiry list. Add each model you need. Quantities can be adjusted on the enquiry page.
- 3. Send it to us. Submit the form with your delivery region and any compatibility requirements.
- 4. Receive a quotation. We confirm stock, grading, pricing and freight, then arrange payment and dispatch.
Payment & shipping
Payment is by bank transfer or on an approved trade account. Pro-forma invoices are available on request.
We ship worldwide — pallet and container quantities are quoted on an individual basis, so please include a
delivery postcode or destination port in your enquiry.
